MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES
Once the project is completed and the client has been notified, any request for additional modifications or changes to the project will involve additional costs. These costs will be previously agreed with the client before making any changes.
LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To carry out the project successfully, both parties will cooperate fully. In the event of non-compliance or damage during the development of the project, liability will be limited to the terms established in the contract agreed between both parties.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
To start the project, a payment of 50% of the total agreed cost is required. This payment ensures mutual commitment between the client and us to carry out the agreed work in a professional and efficient manner.
Regarding refunds or returns, the following conditions will apply:
Unfinished project: In the event that the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances or beyond our control, we reserve the right to retain 30% of the total cost of the project as compensation for the work and effort invested up to that point.
Project completed and notified to the client: If the project has been completed and the client notified, no refunds will be made, since it is assumed that the service has been provided in its entirety and the agreed obligations have been met.

It is important that both parties understand and agree to these policies before beginning any project. By making the initial payment, the customer confirms his agreement with these payment and refund conditions.
